My only issue with this company was that they periodically either lost the paperwork or filled it out incorrectly leading to difficulties with insurance and getting some medical tests approved. They worked with us for 3 years and even got us to a point where my aunt could go in public to the senior center, which she seemed to enjoy. My aunt required frequent medical visits and they provided both a visiting nurse that came weekly and a doctor that came as needed! This was very useful because it was difficult to get my aunt out of the house. They helped us better understand her condition and how much function she could be expected to regain. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. We used Venture Forthe for home care of my aunt after she had a TBI due to a car accident. All in all, a great company if you have someone who requires home care!
